Can you brief us on what Royal Administration is focusing on right now ... your current challenges and objectives?

What I enjoy mostly about the company is our CEO, Bill Deyesso as well as our President Rich McCabe, have always had the foresight to see ahead – to see what is going on. Our main goal right now is to be the total solution for all dealers. What we want to do is to be able to offer them everything because the market is always changing. I had a recent discussion with the director for Colorado Independent Auto Dealers Associations, and he stated that people are still going to be driving cars regardless. What we have to see is that there have been changes even in the marketing of the vehicles. We have actually gotten heavily involved with the Internet, with video, and even using the text messaging which is the latest fad that has been going around. Short Text has the technology right now for dealerships where they can actually put their ad in the newspaper and put a text number down as a contact for the customer to get a hold of the vehicle information. When the customer texts it actually relays directly to the dealership. The dealership now has his captive audience and is able to get back to the customer as long as they maintain their phone.

What other ways is Royal Administration using the Internet? Are you using video?
